Movie review 2


Some time ago I have watched a movie called “Fyre: The Greatest Party That Never Happened”. It was realized in 2019, directed by Chris Smith. 

One day Billy McFarland decides to host the biggest American party on a rented exotic island. He made it seem very well planned and organized, but the reality was different. While people were seeing perfect videos advertising the whole event, the host was spending money on things he couldn’t afford. He rented the whole island, made the advertising videos with actors and directors, and when he wanted to start buying private villas for the VIP guests, he finally woke up from the trans and saw an empty wallet. But it was too late. He already sold all the tickets and the guests were about to arrive in a couple of days. When they arrived their luggage was missing, they were told to sleep in tents and the party was for sure not going to happen. 

I can not write more, but I think you are interested enough to see this shocking documentary. In my opinion, it was really well directed and pleasant to watch.

1.What is the best piece of advice another person gave to you? One of the best piece of advice i was given is to surround myself with valuable people. I don't really remember who gave me this advice, but im going to explain why is it so crucial to me. First of all, people around me are very important, and they have a big influence on my humor. That's because im mainly extrovert and I love meeting new people or spending time with my friends. Every day they motivate me, they make me laugh and in less happy moments they comfort me. I really need to stick to good people then, because they are a big part of my life. I've learned that someone you call a "friend" can hurt you or make you feel bad so now, i always pay attention to their reactions and never ignore it. In my opinion that's probably the best advice i have been given.

Criminalistics and criminology- introduction

 Criminalistics and criminology- introduction Criminalistics and criminology are going to be the main themes of my future posts. At the outset I would like to explain the difference between those two. Criminalistics is more practical area. It is a biological and technical science, about defecting crimes and criminals. Every day, criminalistics professionals perform three types of tasks: detection, evidence and prevention. When it comes to criminology, it is sociological science. The main interest of criminologists are the motives for which a person goes on a criminal path. It is not difficult to see, that this is much more theoretical field.  In my posts I am going to write more about criminality, so I will describe interesting cases and well known criminals.

"After" marathon.

 One week ago I went to the cinema to see a movie marathon. It was a trilogy of "After". I was not going there because of the movie, since I do not really enjoy romantic scenarios. But I have never been to a marathon before, so I really wanted to go.  The whole movie series is about Tessa and Hardin who fell in love with eachother, but it was not easy for them to get together. Part one of the movie was not so bad, but in my opinion it was too basic and boring. It was for sure more interesting than part two and three. Speaking of which, were not addicting at all, showed a very toxic relationship and just were not it. Considering a number of people who recommend this movie, I thought it was a lot better, so I can for sure say that I am disappointed. It was my first movie marathon and I really enjoyed the whole experience, but I do not recommend "After", if you are looking for a good, interesting movie.
